Depending on your child’s needs, we may recommend a consultation or schedule the evaluation directly.
Step 2. Have a Cafecito
A relaxed 15-minute conversation to share your concerns, ask questions, and see if Brainstorm feels like the right fit.
Step 3. Review Costs & Insurance
We’ll explain your benefits, fees, and payment options clearly before you move forward.
Step 5. Evaluate & Get Started
After your child’s evaluation, we’ll review our initial recommendations with you. If therapy is recommended, services can often begin right away while we complete the full evaluation report.
Note: Anthem HealthKeepers Medicaid requires authorization before therapy can begin.

Payment is due the same day.
Discounted private-pay rates do not include superbills or courtesy insurance billing.

Out-of-Network Insurance
Rates depend on the service and your child’s needs.

Out ot network rates include a monthly superbill for you to submit, or file courtesy claims on your behalf.
Payment is due the same day.
